The plain-English promise
The diagnostic only works if you can be honest about your business: your numbers, your problems, your customers. So here's the deal in one paragraph: everything you share with me is used to produce your diagnostic, your research, and your plan, and for nothing else. I never sell it, share it, trade it, or show it to anyone. Ever. The rest of this page is that promise, spelled out.
What I collect
- What you give me directly: your assessment answers, messages you send me through the portal, anything you add to your own workspace (notes, trackers, contacts), and your contact details.
- What I research: publicly available information about your business and market: your website, your Google listing, competitor listings, market data. Nothing private is accessed, and nothing is collected about you that isn't already public.
- What I don't collect: this site runs no advertising trackers and no analytics that identify you. The portal uses your password only to open your workspace.
How it's used
- To produce your diagnostic, your company research brief, and your ranked plan.
- To run your portal and keep its contents current.
- To answer you when you message me.
- That's the whole list.
What I never do
- Sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone.
- Share your answers, numbers, or plans with other clients, vendors, or partners.
- Use one client's private information to benefit another client.
- Publish anything about your business without your written go-ahead.
Where it lives
Your information is stored in a private, access-controlled datastore that only I can reach. Your portal is protected by a password issued to you alone, and every portal is isolated: no client can ever see another client's workspace. Passwords are stored only as salted cryptographic hashes, which means even I can't read yours back.
These commitments mirror the confidentiality standard in the Institute of Management Consultants USA code of ethics, the professional bar for consultants: client information that isn't public stays confidential, is protected from unauthorized access, and is never reused for anyone else's benefit.
Deletion, any time
Email me or message me in the portal and ask, and I'll delete everything I hold about your business within 7 days: your answers, your messages, your workspace, your portal. No hoops, no exit interview.
Engagement terms, briefly
- What the diagnostic is: professional analysis and recommendations based on what you share and what I research. It's my honest, researched judgment — not a guarantee of any specific business result.
- What it isn't: legal, tax, or accounting advice. For those, use a licensed professional.
- Your stuff stays yours: your data, your portal contents, and your plan are yours. If we part ways, you keep them.
- Liability: if something ever goes wrong with my work, my total liability is capped at what you paid me for it.
- Confidentiality survives: the commitments on this page don't expire when the work ends. They hold for as long as I hold your information, and the never-share promise holds forever.
